Gold colloids
Immunochromatography tests using our gold colloids of diameters 60 nm showed
highersensitivity of that of 50 nm.(influenza virus antigen antibody)
Palladium colloids
Immunochromatography test was carried out using our gold and palladium colloids. The
sensitivity of the test using palladium colloids is 1.5-3 times higher than that using gold colloid.

Unspecific response did not
appear in these immunochromatographic tests. Based on this, palladium colloid was
concluded to be the optimal indicator, and is expected to be useful in the
preparation of immunochromatography kits..
